Everyone has mood swings; they experiences feeling of euphoria,

anxiety can sometimes indicate depression.
What to Do
Once you have identified the signs of depression you have to
decide how to treat your depression. In some situations simply
getting out of the house and doing something is all it takes to

affects. Try going out with friends or taking a walk sometimes

techniques.
